5 — Rosa Grano

Let me introduce you to Doctor Grano, but first let me thank her because our school was located within the local education authority building for two and a half years. From the very first day, she made me feel welcome / at ease. She arranged 3 fully furnished rooms for us, but above all she has been guiding and supporting me ever since. It’s also thanks to her that we have got our own school building, and I’m really grateful for that.

Thank you. Good morning everyone. It was hard work indeed, and as mentioned by Dr Amelio, it was very difficult to make people aware of what a CPIA was. Many had never heard of it. In 2015 we spoke to many local authorities as they didn’t understand who was in charge. I must say, Headmistress Battista has always believed in this institution’s vocation, she never gave up. Despite the many difficulties, she worked painstakingly. I supported her and I learned a lot standing alongside her.

We were beginners, but we improved along the way. Of course, we still have a long way to go, but this project is an example of how things can change and get better over time. The CPIA itself has gone through a transition. At first, it was meant to gather people from different backgrounds. Then, it became the ideal environment to value their differences.

DiM is an excellent work as a lot of people were involved, therefore it is the outcome of collaboration and coordination. The dictionary has combined plurality and pluralism, and all the factors affecting linguistic training.

In short, I think that the Headmistress must be satisfied. We worked side by side and I had the chance to appreciate her perseverance and the commitment of her staff. Nothing can be achieved without a joint effort. It was a great effort indeed, as we worked with other institutions as well, namely the CPIA Benevento. Together we have faced and overcome great difficulties, and we are still working to meet the needs of adult education locally.

I will not speak further, as I would like to give the floor to our eminent speakers. Let me just say this dictionary will be a useful tool available to all.

Vorrei dire solo qualcosa alla dottoressa Grano che mi ha accolto quando la sede di Avellino era nel provveditorato. Sono stata due anni e mezzo. Dal primo giorno in cui ho messo piede nel provveditorato mi ha fatto sentire a casa, mi ha fatto trovare 3 stanze perfettamente arredate, ma soprattutto mi ha guidato e sostenuto. E mi continua a guidare e sostenere. Mi ha aiutato ad ottenere una bella sede finalmente per il nostro CPIA e quindi veramente le sono grata. Prego dottoressa.

Grazie, buongiorno a tutti. Stella da quello che dici è come se io avessi fatto il lavoro sporco, ed è vero. In questo momento condivido anche quello che era il pensiero di Sebastian, è stato molto difficile far passare l’idea di un CPIA come ordinamentale. Molti non sapevano che cosa fosse, nel 2015 abbiamo cercato di sensibilizzare anche presso gli enti locali perché qualcuno aveva difficoltà a capire di chi fosse la competenza. Devo dire che la dirigente Battista ci ha creduto, e ci crede ancora insomma, non ha mollato. Le difficoltà sono state tante, però il lavoro è stato certosino. Sì, io l’ho seguito anche perché mi intrigano le novità, insomma, quindi l’ho affiancata imparando, perché molto è stato fatto su questo percorso dobbiamo anche dirlo insomma.

Da pionieri siamo diventati un po’ più esperti della materia. Certo, siamo perfettibili. Questo è un esempio di perfettibilità, e soprattutto è un esempio di come il CPIA nel tempo abbia avuto una diversa gestione, il passaggio da una convivialità delle differenze.

L’idea era che stessero insieme tante persone diverse e invece nel tempo l’idea si è trasformata in un sistema valore delle differenze, delle diversità. Questo dizionario sicuramente è un lavoro di eccellenza perché è stato attivato attraverso una ricerca che ha visto coinvolte più persone, più attori, e quindi c’è il valore della partecipazione e anche della coesione. Ma soprattutto un dizionario che ha saputo coniugare pluralità e pluralismo, mettendo insieme e quindi anche contemperando quelli che erano gli indicatori contenuti e i descrittori di processo di questa ??? azione linguistica, dei tanti fattori che sono intervenienti sul discorso della formazione linguistica.

Quindi penso che alla fine insomma la dirigente possa essere contenta. Io dico semplicemente Stella perché abbiamo vissuto insieme questo percorso. Quindi la tenacia e poi devo dire l’impegno anche anche del suo staff, il tutto non avviene mai da soli, sicuramente è nella responsabilità condivisa. Poi questo lavoro anche di interconnesione con altre esperienze, con altri colleghi che io saluto tutti, il CPIA di Benevento che è diventato autonomo dopo, noi abbiamo gestito come interprovinciale e quindi le difficoltà le abbiamo affrontate e superate, quindi una azione molto forte, devo dire, sul territorio, che continua, che ha bisogno ancora di alcune condizioni e circostanze per poter determinare un significativo nell’educazione permanente degli adulti.

Io credo di non dover aggiungere altro perchè ci sono autorevoli contributi, avete anche un lungo percorso da affrontare significativo per tutto ciò che verrà e quindi questo dizionario sarà ad uso di tutti.

Sì, io penso di terminare qui, saluto tutti, saluto il mio direttore generale, il dottor Sebastian che so che è stato vicino sempre a tutti quelli che si sono avventurati dal 2015 nella istituzionalizzazione del sistema, ma anche prima, lui è uno studioso dell’educazione permanente. Penso di non aggiungere proprio altro. Io vi saluto. Vi auguro buon lavoro e poi insieme alla dirigente seguirò gli eventi e gli esiti di questa giornata. Grazie mille, Non mi fermerò anche io perché ho anche la Basilicata, ho qualche collegamento anche con la Basilicata.

Grazie provveditore, sempre tanto affettuosa, impegnata su molti fronti, mi sono dimenticata di dire che è anche impegnata in Basilicata in questo periodo oltre a dover gestire tutte le problematiche della provincia di Avellino, che non sono poche.

La ripartenza è variegata ma ha comunque lo stesso significato, quello di riportare tutti i bambini a scuola, sia in una regione che nell’altra. Stiamo tentando un po’ dovunque di fare questo.
